WOOD VENEER
Properties Veneer is made of thin layers of wood glued together and applied to a substrate such as particle board or MDF.

Compared to wood, one of the primary advantages of using veneer is stability because the chances of splitting or cracking are reduced. Applications Slab front doors made from a veneer and applied to a substrate (which are commonly specified in modern design) are more stable and less expensive than a solid wood door. Exotic woods that might be cost-prohibitive can be found in veneers.
