THERMOFOIL
Thermofoil cabinets are the most affordable option for kitchens. Don’t let the price fool you, these cabinets are the highest quality finish in their class. Dozens of finishes available.

Properties Thermofoil is a thin layer of vinyl that is vacuum-pressed into cabinet doors and drawer fronts that are typically constructed of medium-density fiberboard (MDF). High pressure and an adhesive on the bottom side of the vinyl fuse the vinyl to the surface.
Advantages Thermofoils are the most cost-effective option for cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Using the latest in print technology our manufacturers achieve a variety of patterns, realistic woodgrains and solid color options at a low cost. Thermofoil is seamless across the entire face of the surface and edges, making it virtually non-porous and easy to clean. This also allows it to be formed to doors with softer edges and curved profiles. Some high-performance thermofoils provide a durable surface material which resists scratching, marring, stains and impact. This type of thermofoil can be used on horizontal work surfaces. Pre-finished doors and drawer fronts speeds up the building or remodeling process because you do not have to pay for or wait for a painter, saving time and money.
Applications Thermofoil cabinet doors and drawer fronts are an economical solution for residential kitchens and baths. An extensive variety of graphics, patterns, woodgrains and solid colors can provide visual interest and texture to a space. Various finishes are available, including matte and high-gloss.
